Nina Mathilde Dyrberg

I help leaders turn strategy into behaviour — so change actually happens.

What I offer

I help leaders transform themselves, their teams and their organisations by understanding patterns of behaviour – because behaviour drives people, and people drive results.

That’s why I offer talks, workshops, behavioural analysis and leadership consulting as part of my leadership course: The Behaviourally Intelligent Leader.

With a background in Cognitive Science and more than seven years of practical experience in behavioural design, experience design and user research, I bring the science of human behaviour into leadership practice.

Talks

My talks are grounded in behavioural and cognitive science and connect theory and methods directly to leadership practice through concrete, real-world examples.

You will leave with not only a deeper understanding of yourself and your colleagues, but also with practical tools to create lasting results.

Workshops

Like talks, workshops offer new perspectives and insights. However, as they are slightly longer, they also provide an opportunity for us to delve deeper into the participants’ own context. We therefore focus specifically on their current challenges, using hands-on exercises.

Leadership Consulting

Through consulting, I help leaders reach their goals by identifying which behaviours need to change — both their own and their team’s. Because behaviour drives people, and people drive results.

By understanding the human side of leadership, you’ll make decisions that stick, strategies that move people, and results that last.

Consulting is often combined with my leadership programme to accelerate impact and ensure behavioural change translates into measurable results.

Behavioural analysis

Are you facing a major change, a difficult decision, or a solution that isn’t working as expected? A behavioural analysis can give you a stronger foundation for making informed decisions.

I investigate what people actually do – not just what they say they do. Through methods such as interviews, observation and customer journeys, I identify the needs, motivations and barriers of employees, customers or users.

These insights are translated into concrete recommendations that can be used to improve products, services and user experiences, or to inform strategic decisions.

Why BeWaviour?

Waves repeat themselves and can change into new rhythms – just like our behavioural patterns. However, you must understand the flow of waves to be able to surf them – just like we need to understand the flow in behavioural patterns to be able to change them.
Thus, this is my way of merging the word ‘Behaviour’ with ‘Wave’.
