Behaviour drives people - People drive results

OVERVIEW OF THE MODULES

1

Great leadership starts with self-leadership

In this module, we explore why good leadership starts with self-leadership. We are all influenced by habits and unconscious behavioural patterns, which tend to surface especially when we are under pressure. That is why we will examine how we automatically respond under pressure, how we make decisions, and what we can learn from this.

After Module 1, you will:

  • Discover where your greatest potential for development lies
  • Be able to maintain focus and stay calm, even in high-pressure situations
  • Make better decisions when faced with resistance and uncertainty

2

From an Average Team to a High-Performing Team

In this module, you will gain insight into how to help your team develop into a high-performing team. We will therefore explore the small behavioural patterns that can make a significant difference to your team’s development.

After Module 2, you will:

  • Handle internal conflicts with calmness and balance
  • Give and receive feedback that helps both you and your team grow
  • Help your employees discover their inner motivation
  • Develop your team into a high-performing team

3

Lead through change

Leading through change requires two fundamental capabilities:
1) Understanding the emotional and behavioural barriers that influence how people respond to change.
2) Being able to define and change the specific behaviours needed to make the change successful.

After Module 3, you will:

  • Be able to identify the emotional and behavioural barriers to change
  • Handle resistance to change
  • Take change from strategic considerations to concrete behavioural changes

4

Lead from strategy to execution

Turning strategy into concrete action can be challenging, and it often leads to wasted time, resources and energy. More often than not, employees simply do not know what they are expected to do differently on Monday morning after a new strategy has been presented in a beautifully designed PowerPoint presentation.

In this module we will also explore real-world examples of how other organisations have turned high-level visions into tangible results – and how you can do the same in your own organisation.

After Module 4, you will:

  • Be able to turn strategy into action using a step-by-step method
  • Know how to ensure a shared starting point and alignment on the strategic direction
  • Identify potential challenges to the new strategy and address them proactively
  • Guide your team through the process of turning strategy into tangible results for the bottom line
